Vicky Jennings CEO

Vicky Jennings CEO

The team is lead by Vicky Jennings, Chief Executive Officer, who is  an expert and innovator of vocational education and training. She has 20 years experience working in senior roles across a range of industry training advisory bodies and state and federal government training systems.

Jemma Lawes - our vital and friendly Receptionist is the cheerful voice you will hear when you call IPS.  Jemma will direct your call with great skill and dexterity and is always eager to help where she can.

Chalene Fekete - our RTO Manager who insists with a smile that she is chained to her desk and only allowed out occasionally.  Chalene has been involved with IPS since 2007 and thoroughly enjoys interacting with students and their employers to ensure all their training needs are met.  Chalene also loves to work with the IPS Licensees across Australia.

Jenny Compostella - our Training Coordinator and possibly one of the busiest people on the block!  Jenny has brought to the team a wealth of knowledge regarding trainees and all things impossibly complicated.  Jenny is a master of Excel and her spreadsheets have a life of their own!

Christopher Forbes - our Quality and Finance Coordinator holds the team accountable as he looms over us ensuring all things quality and finance are in order.  Chris’ unfaltering eye for detail keeps us on our toes constantly while he patiently puts up with all the creative personalities that are the IPS family.

Sarah Sloan coordinates many facets of the marketing strategy and is looking forward to aiding IPS throughout its rapid expansion.

Ian Carr is a Cert IV Trainer and Assessor with long experience in small business ownership and management.  Having worked in sectors as diverse as engineering, retailing, transport, hospitality and real estate, he brings a keenly analytical eye to his work.  He enjoys being able to help adult learners further their chosen career paths, has a warped sense of humour and tries to stay sane by doing cryptic crosswords and cycling.
