Nicky Jardine has worked in the health industry for over 20 years. She presently operates a large award winning general practice in Queensland and a successful health management consultancy and training company on the Sunshine Coast.

Nicky has a varied history in health management and experience and can offer services in the following areas:

Nicky has worked in various modalities of healthcare including general practice, specialists and allied health. She holds a Bachelor of Heath, Aged Care and Community Services, Diploma in Practice Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and is soon to complete Certificate IV in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) specialising in Medicine.

Nicky is a Fellow of the Australian Association of Practice Management, and the recipient of the following awards:

·         Sunshine Coast Business Person of the Year 2009

·         Sunshine Coast Business Womens Network Finalist 2009

·         Australian Institute of Management ( Sunshine Coast ) Medal for Leadership and Management 2007

Nicky has also been instrumental in businesses she has managed winning:

·         RACGP Practice of the Year 2007

·         Finalists in five other awards including Small Business Champion Awards.

Nicky has a communicative teaching and consultancy approach which is fun and dynamic. Nicky encourages students and clients to challenge themselves and think “outside the square”.
