Our Team

The IPS core team are a highly motivated and passionate group of individuals that are committed to the provision of  quality solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients.

The team is lead by Vicky Jennings, Chief Executive Officer, who is  an expert and innovator of vocational education and training. She has 20 years experience working in senior roles across a range of industry training advisory bodies and state and federal government training systems.

Christene Lovich, Learning and Development Manager, has vast experience in various learning and development roles including program development and delivery, managing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and the operational functions required for the delivery of quality programs and lean principles. Christene continually looks to expand the offerings of IPS and improve the quality of the training resources and delivery methodologies. Her background also includes running manufacturing operations for a Japanese company based in Western Samoa responsible for 2500 staff.

Our team also consists of a network of consultants and training facilitators across Queensland. All IPS consultants and training facilitators have extensive industry experience and qualificaltions that support the solutions they provide through IPS to our client base.
