IPS Institute offer unique delivery of  learning and development programs designed for:

  • trainers and assessors working with registered training organisations (RTO)
  • corporate trainers/facilitators providing non accredited programs and coaching
  • technical trainers and general educators

Effective facilitation skills are essential when meeting the diverse needs of learners today. IPS Institute’s learning and development courses can be delivered as a complete qualification or  individual units and skill sets.

To meet the human resource requirements of national training packages and accredited courses trainers need to possess the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment up-grading from past qualifications or completing the full qualification. This program meets the requirements stipulated under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and will allow trainers to work with a range of RTO’s depending on background and industry experience.

For those who do not facilitate accredited programs, IPS Institute has developed a Certificate IV in Facilitation.
