1: Complete the Enrolment Form below and return to IPS Institute.
2: Include a certified copy of your current TAA40104 qualification together with a Statement of Results, any
other certificate IV or above that could be taken into consideration when selecting your TAE40110
electives as well as your latest resume.
3: IPS will process your submission and issue your TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
certificate.

For those who do not facilitate accredited programs, IPS Institute has developed a Certificate IV in Facilitation.
