IPS Institute offers a range of training services across Queensland and NSW (Early 2009). These training services are designed to meet specific industry outcomes and have been developed through a vigorous consultative process to guarantee they meet the needs of industry, organisations and individuals.
IPS Institute training programs are delivered to a very high standard by a team of very experienced learning and development consultants who have extensive content knowledge, a strong relevant industry background, a desire to create positive change and the ability to engage participants in a way that fosters skills and knowledge transfer back into the workplace.
Fast Track
IPS Institute’s training approach is based around experiential learning and the implementation of work-based projects. A fast track recognition of prior learning (RPL) process also enhances the way IPS Institute delivers its programs together with coaching components and ongoing assessments over a period of time. IPS Institute provides the learners and supervisors with regular feedback regarding their progress which helps them achieve completion of the program.
