IPS is currently working with the healthcare industry through the Skills Development Centre (SDC) based at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. IPS is developing a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Simulations with SDC which includes accredited curriculum, resource materials and preparation of their faculty to train and assess in the delivery of this new qualification.
IPS has also worked with the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Learning to establish their registered training organisation and to develop a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Mental Health. This allows them to operate independantly providing specialised training programs that do not exist in our national system.
